You may not attempt to disrupt site operation or access non-public areas.</p> <h2>4. Intellectual property</h2> <p>Site content, branding, chart templates, and methodology documents are owned by Poplar Way Analytics Co., Ltd. or licensed to us. Commissioned reports become your property upon full payment, subject to confidentiality restrictions on underlying peer panel data—we retain the right to reuse anonymised aggregate patterns that do not identify your units or peers.</p> <h2>5. Client obligations</h2> <p>When you commission work, you agree to provide accurate unit data, respect anonymisation rules for peer panels, and not attempt to de-anonymise cohort members from delivered charts. You are responsible for lawful collection and sharing of franchisee data under applicable Korean franchise and privacy laws.</p> <h2>6. Limitation of liability</h2> <p>Benchmark reports are analytical opinions based on submitted data and matched peer panels. They do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. To the fullest extent permitted by Republic of Korea law, Poplar Way's liability for any claim arising from website use or a commissioned engagement is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.</p> <h2>7. Disclaimer of warranties</h2> <p>This website and deliverables are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted site access or that benchmarks will meet every business decision you contemplate. Cohort feasibility depends on peer sample sizes disclosed in scope memos.</p> <h2>8.
