<h1>Refund & Cancellation Policy</h1>

<h2>1. Scope</h2>
<p>This policy applies to paid benchmarking engagements commissioned from Poplar Way Analytics Co., Ltd., including Regional Benchmark Reports, Quarterly Dashboard Refreshes, Expansion Feasibility Benchmarks, and Franchise Council Presentation Packs.</p>
<h2>2. Deposits</h2>
<p>Flagship reports and feasibility engagements require a deposit (typically 40%) at cohort confirmation. Deposits reserve analyst capacity and initiate peer panel matching. Deposits are non-refundable once peer recruitment has begun, except as stated below.</p>
<h2>3. Full refund eligibility</h2>
<p>You may receive a full refund of all amounts paid if:</p>
<ul>
<li>We issue a written cohort infeasibility letter before peer recruitment begins and no alternative scope is agreed within fourteen days</li>
<li>We cancel the engagement for reasons within our control</li>
<li>You cancel within five business days of paying a deposit, before peer recruitment begins</li>
</ul>
<h2>4. Partial refund eligibility</h2>
<p>Partial refunds may apply when:</p>
<ul>
<li>You cancel after peer recruitment begins but before draft chart production— we retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover panel coordination costs</li>
<li>Deliverables are materially incomplete due to our error and cannot be remedied within an agreed extension</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. Non-refundable items</h2>
<ul>
<li>Work already delivered (draft or final reports, slide decks, print materials shipped)</li>
<li>On-site visit fees once travel is booked</li>
<li>Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (printing, courier)</li>
<li>Deposits after peer recruitment begins, except partial refund cases above</li>
</ul>
<h2>6. Cancellation by client</h2>
<p>Written cancellation to info@systempoplarway.click is required. Cancellation date is the date we acknowledge receipt. If you cancel after submitting unit data, we will delete intake files per our Privacy Policy unless you request retention for a future engagement.</p>
<h2>7. Rescheduling and delays</h2>
<p>Timeline delays caused by late or incomplete P&L submissions from your team do not entitle you to a refund. We will offer one schedule revision without fee if delay exceeds three weeks and new dates are agreed before the original draft due date.</p>
<p>Review sessions may be rescheduled once without fee with at least forty-eight hours notice. Repeated rescheduling may incur ₩200,000 administrative fee.</p>
<h2>8. No-shows</h2>
<p>Missing a scheduled review session without forty-eight hours notice forfeits the included session; a replacement session may be booked at ₩450,000.</p>
<h2>9. Refund process and timing</h2>
<p>Approved refunds are processed to the original bank account within fourteen business days of approval. Refunds are in KRW. We will confirm refund amount and expected date in writing.</p>
<h2>10. Disputes</h2>
